Description

use an include directory to share common code between the toolbox/cardbox

This is actualy non-trivial since the cardbox and toolbox operate very differently now and continue to diverge. The only file that is now shared is the tooltron.h file since the message dictionary and certain defines are constant. Otherwise they are too different to combine.
