not using the ARM, awaiting results to decide what ARM to use. Flash may change. SDRAM should remain constant.

All above parts won't work, the pitch is too small. New parts:
ARM AT91SAM http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=AT91SAM9260B-QU-ND
SDRAM 256MB (TSOP)http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=557-1223-1-ND
Flash (dataflash, 32MB) http://mouser.com/ProductDetail/Atmel/AT45DB321D-SU/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMtI%252bQ06EiAoGxmVFCUiFwY7a3YMBA10F6M%3d
Note on the SDRAM, the Eagle package seems to be wrong about the part numbers. I had to use the wrong "part" but its the same device.
We can actually go upto 64MB but the cost is about 10x which doesnt seem worth it. OS team said that they don't need more flash than that.
