Remove extraneous features from Scout
Description
Here are the features you can remove safely at the cost of removing
features but at the gain of having less parts/cost
Ethernet
ATMega128/AT86RF - ATMega128RF
USB Powering
Simpler power supply (5V on switching, 1.8V and 3.3V on ldo's off of
that)
Antennae Amp

Changed to Gumstix and eliminated tons of hardware. Much simpler board now.
